got the ok st -7 2h..    gonna be tight .. they had 2 oppertunites inside the 10 to score a td.. settled for fg.

2H Lines should be OSU -12.5 and 19.5
Real 2H lines are OSU -7.5 and 31
 
thus we have OVER 31 2H OSU/Kansas as a play
