Look at it this way. When the D has a 12th man what normally happens? The play occurs and if the offense does something better than 5 yards they decline it. They don't blow the whistle. This was a horrible call but not the first today, this crew is awful. These f-ckers don't know the rules.

the refs have been f u c k ing duke all game, how bout they didn't call the helmet to helmet, didn't blow the play dead, let cin return an incomplete pass for a td & Duke ended up with a 15 yd penalty

these are either some of the dumbest ncaaf refs available or there is something fishy going on

Wrong, as soon as the 12th man goes onto the field the penalty is called, this is a dead ball foul.  Learn the rules yourself.

Actually you are wrong.  The rule is, when there is a 12 man penalty it is automatically enforced.  There is no option to decline it

Bad call and rule.  I mean how would you Duke backers feel if they scored a TD and it was called back because Cincy runs a guy on the field?  Point is they wouldn't call it back, FG should have stood just as the case would be if a TD was scored.

I am speaking my mind and believe that there are several games a month that are fixed. I mean are you watching some of these calls that are so blatant (2 helmet to helmet calls) and the refs are just ignoring it?  Plenty of sporting events have been fixed.  Happens in the NBA all the time, David Stern and his henchmen are notorious for it.
