See that game as a shootout. MTSU has a pretty potent offense. Too many points.

Starting week off with a winner with UCF -3.

Had to sweat that one out a bit, but whatever...

What we learned:

-BYU's offense struggles mightily without Tasom Hill. If it wasn't for two short fields and miscues by UCF, this wouldn't have been a game. It will be interesting to see how they pull it together with more preperation, but Christian Stewart will need some work. He is mobile and converted a 3rd and 18, but he is a far cry from Tasom Hill - although a suitable replacement.

-BYU/UCF lost a lot of players to injuries throughout the game. Should be accounted for in any future capping of these teams.

-UCF's offense is actually pretty potent. Mobile QB, fast receivers. Too many dropped balls, and one that lead to an interception, but if they can keep playing stout defense and the offense improves, this team should be a force to reckon with. O-line could use some help, but they handled BYU's pressure packages pretty well - except for the sack on Holman that led to a fumble and points off the board. UCF needs to establish the run better.

I pick Marshal last week as  they blow out Idaho..I was going to pick them this wk. but after study MDSt record they have decent defense and offense that can score.. 23.5 I think way to mmuch I stay away from this game..looking to go 3-0 this week
