I do think TT staff & players are stupid!  It isnt an issue of execution.  It is an issue of recognition.  On the fake FG, why doesnt someone recognize that it is the punter on the field, not the reg FG kicking??  On the first TD in the 2H, #7, the backup QB is the one who took the snap & ran the QB draw.  Then, on the last TD, they were in the wildcat formation.

Very bad coaching/team recognition on special situations.

Texas Tech has shot itself in the foot tonight with penalities as well, that isn't uncommon to the type of team they have been all season however.

This continued running up the middle has not worked either. Michigan St. has played the inside run extremely well all night, and Tech keeps going to it.

Texas Tech should continue those screen's and take the occasional shot down the field. Michigan St. has been effective with the blitzes

3 losses that were in the bag for state:

1. cmu scores a td, kicks and onside kick and gets into fg range in 30 seconds to win

2. Iowa scores a td with :00 on the clock

3. Msu misses a wide open guy in the endzone with 10 seconds left inside the 10 against ND.

State shuts the run down first; hence, all of the passing yards against them that show on the stat sheet.

WTF is the official doing?  Cant he see that the MSU guy hit the TT guy 5yds out of bounds?  Cant see that the defender has his hands on the TT mask?

28-27 Michigan St...Texas Tech is driving, but we are entering territory to begin the 4th where they have shot themselves in the foot all game with dumb penalties.

Also, have noticed that everytime Tech gets the ball inside the 10, they try to pound it in, and that hasn't worked all game.
