It looked to me like he may have actually recovered that fumble in-bounds, but it was so close that they will probably stay with the call on the field. It didn't help his cause that this guy appeared to either lose the ball after he fell completely out of bounds or decided to throw back it into play.

Texas Tech needs 2 TD's and no more than a Michigan St. FG for a cover to happen. I'm not optimistic that either will happen for Tech backers.
