NIU is one of the youngest teams in the country ..Started 7 Freshman last week , overall 17 True freshman and 10 redshirt freshman played vs U at Buffalo ..

Central Michgan is led by MAC coach of the year  Jim McElwain who turned the CHIPPS into MAC WEST champions one season after only winning 1 game ...

The offense is stacked with talent as 1000+ yard rusher Kobe Lewis is back,  as is th e top 3 recieving targets...Redshirt Freshman QB Daniel Richardson played well last week throwing for 243 and 2 TDS ..Richardson spent the offseason training with now BUCCANEERS WR Antonio Brown...Richardson was a huge arm and can really sling it , with each game he will likely improve.   

Chippewas boasted the second-best defense in the MAC last season and returned 77% of production to a unit that ranked 40th in the country in Success Rate and 24th against the run 

The strength of the Central Michigan defense is its front seven. Ranked No. 1 in all of college football in Stuff Rate last season, the team returns the majority of its group of defensive linemen and linebackers that led the country in tackles for loss percentage on run plays — that includes All-MAC linebacker Troy Brown, who led the conference with 16.5 tackles for loss last season.

Defensive end Troy Hairston was named MAC Defensive Player of the Week after he totaled seven tackles and three of the team’s five sacks last week. ( Per action network ) .

The secondary has some issues and can get bet deep and or on coverage breakdowns ...

Last year CMU won 48-10 , with a yard advantage of 614 to 251 ....

If you can get -7 for -120 even better , but 7.5 is good enough for a 1 unit wager ...

If I was setting the line it would be CMU -14

 thanks for the advice! just checked and i'm getting -7.5 at +105! had to take that instead of the high juice for -7. i had a chance yesterday to take UB at -7.5 +110 but stayed off last minute   this time after your advice and right after seeing + money knew i had to grab it thanks again!

-side note...i took toledo ml last nite at +135 its already dropped to +115 do you think that was a good move taking them ml?

refreshing to read a thread with good advice and info, and no Bullshit and bashing.  OP is spot on, this might be last games for many universities.  A lot of colleges are already telling students to stay home after Thanksgiving, and finish the remaining couple weeks distance learning.  Not sure what the football teams will do, but kind of feels like they will stop, or at least take a couple week pause.

 I don't think they stop.  Basketball hasn't started the season yet, and they are still practicing with the season on schedule to start in 2 weeks or so.  If anything, no students on campus makes things safer.  We are nearing 5% infection rate on new COVID tests here in Erie County where Buffalo is.

Thorpe - that is a good point.  Hope they don't, but I could see that as a reason.  

BTW: was thinking same thing on the Overs.  minimum feels like they go 2-1, which is plus money.  Good luck to you.
