looks crooked as hell to me.  Two teams completely dominated and the line moved close to 3 points each between the two losers?

I dont pay much attention to line movement in the MAC ...

Honestly think the oddsmakers enjoy messing with bettors heads .

This is the opposite of crooked.  It is most likely some betting service released a pick which moved the line and lost. More money being bet on the loser is way less suspicious than more money being bet on the winner.  AS DU says, line movement doesn't always mean anything and it is also possible books moved the lines as a decoy to scare people off Buffalo.

Oddsmakers are geniuses moving these lines ...Take a look around Covers,  numerous posters jumping on NIU or Miami Ohio because that's what the oddsmakers apparently wanted ...They're masters of deception...

 

Or like you mentioned maybe a service released a losing play
