 No he couldn't....too young and slow(for NFL)/weak and would get smoked with NFL speed on the line/LB/Secondary....but, in 2 years, yes, he would start to begin to strenghthen/speed combo adequately

You don't need to have breakaway speed to be an effective dual threat QB in the NFL.  I'd bet Williams has a better 40 time than either Josh Allen or Daniel Jones.
