what is the max limit you can bet on a game in vegas. I'm going there soon with my friend and would love to know this info.

most books will take just about any amount, so dont worry theyll be able to accomodate you.

if you show up with like 11 million bucks or something maybe not...but probably. they didn't build those giant buildings taking $20 parlays

 Most I've ever bet on a game out there was $55,500,000 on the Detriot Lions one week... So you shouldn't have a problem laying your $1000.00 paycheck on a game..Hope that helps..

actually they probably do make more $ off of average joes playing $20 parlays every week than large wagers.

i know dude, it's a joke.

and I also know they have those posted limits, but you can always just ask the guy...they'll probably let you do it if it isn't unreasonable.

i actually had to spread around a wager on the college baseball world series one year.  bally's had the best line, but they would only take $1000 of action on it.  also, it's probably changed now since ownership is different, but the barbary coast used to be one of the best books out there with their lines and with limits.

Most ar 10k for NCAA and 25k for the NFL - totals and half bets are less.
