Popular game here in the forum. No long write-up here, yes on paper Wake is the better team, lived in Winston Salem years back, happy for them, only 7500 students, impressive. But they're not your typical 8-0 team from a power conference. ACC is not that good, sorry not buying them as a top 10 team. Weak defense, bend but don't break style but against a good QB and good offense that ain't gonna cut it. They have 23 sacks, respectable, problem for them tomorrow is Sam Howell. He's a dual threat QB, not by choice, Ty Chandler has been solid running, but Howell has had to compensate for his O-line not protecting consistently. He's rushed for 564 yds, 5 TDs, and has had three 100 yard games. Consider he only had 146 yds all last season. He's also thrown for 2200 yds, 19 TDs, 6 pix. Conversely Sam Hartman, what a year he's had, 2475 yds, 22 Yds, 3 pix. Hartman will get his numbers, they both will going up against less than mediocre defenses. Pressure is all on Wake, getting to 9-0 even in the less than scintillating ACC is no easy task. One little mistake, one break you don't get that you did before against a still better than average Carolina team with a premier QB and you're no longer undefeated. Heels are probably the best 4-4 team in the country and Wake coach Dave Clawson would tell you UNC is the best team they will have played this season. Sam Howell has unfairly caught sum flack this year. Their offense lost sum outstanding talent, all of whom are now playing in the NFL. But he's got enough around him to win this game and UNC will.Sam Howell outduels Sam Hartman in what should be an exciting shootout. UNC 41 Wake 35-
Carolina -1.5, -120
As always good luck to all!

If you like jack west .. sure .. value is on Stanford at 10 at home vs just an average Utah team … really depends what west gives you .. I lean Stanford just because west has been a starter .. wasn’t great but I mean he was serviceable
