Didnt want to sit on the sidelines all night until the USC game starts so I added a couple degenerate picks.
Added
South Carolina -13.5 vs USM
Pitt +135 @ Utah
Hate putting money on Wanny, but I think their offense should be ahead of the Utes defense. Pitt should also be a bit more athletic overall.

Shadow,
I get the comparison between Nevada and TT in the sense their seen as offensive juggernots with more attention on the offense. My take is that the line might be low based on the absence of Leach. In some ways I consider Tubby an upgrade. There are lots of decisions Leach made that cost his teams games that smarter coaches wouldn't have done. Like going for a TD on 4th down up by 8 when a FG would have iced the game against UH last year. Anyway I digress, I think TT will be much better than that Nevada pass defense that was one of the worst in the country in a league where teams run the ball a bit more.
Not really in love with the TT play, I just think SMU is ready for the athletes on the BCS side of world. We'll see.
