Some of you are wack fsu under fisher is 57-10, 4-0 bowls, .688 win percentage over top 25 teams ahead of the likes urban Meyer, bob stoops, nick Saban and 6-1 vs sec
Why is it people can't acknoledge great football is played all over the country and to suggest fsu would lose to teams like tenn, ark etc is naive and plan stupidity
Do I think given weeks to prepare for oregon can a physical team with athletes beat them yes do I think oregon can win yes, it's football sometimes you win or lose
But fsu hasn't lost in 28 straight games let that sink in, if any of you were competitve athletes and not ass clowns you would appreciate what you are witnessing trust me it's amazing

Lost in the shuffle of Alabama's cover Saturday is the question mark that is raised on their defense. Again, they struggle with mobile qb's. To give up 44pt, 28fd, and 628yd at home is a problem. Horrendous clock moment at end of 1st half could have led to diff result. Miss st had relatively trouble moving most of night at bama also. Personally I love to see the hype on this team because with the right matchup (TCU/Ore) we will have value at the window with some very quality opponents in upcoming weeks.

Didn't the ACC go 3-1 ATS vs. the SEC this past weekend? I mean, I agree that the SEC is over-hyped on a yearly basis... but you are talking about people "spinning" it, while you suggest the top 4 teams in the ACC "smacked around" 1 of the SEC elite and 3 of its bottom-feeders...
Come on! If the top 4 teams in the SEC played the top 4 teams in the ACC, the SEC would most likely go 4-0 SU, and would absolutely be 3-1 in a worst case scenario... and there's no spin there!
It's fine if you want to say the SEC is over-rated... but let's not start suggesting the ACC isn't! As long as they are still referred to as a "Power 5" conference, they are over-rated...

My mistake... it was 2-2 ATS... but still, it was all SEC East teams, and that is not where the power lies in that conference... have said all year Georgia is over-rated, so that result was not remotely surprising...
We'll see how it pans out when the two conferences square off in bowl games...

. Great point. TCU would give bama a hell of a game. Baylor not so much.

I'd rather FSU be 4th than 3rd (obviously they are the #1 team in the nation though). If you are going to make FSU travel AGAIN to the Rose Bowl to play Oregon, it is what it is...
If they play in the Sugar Bowl, it won't matter who they play. Bring on that soft as-s Bama defense!
Just admit it, this sh.t is figure skating!

Love the Auburn offense but defense has been its weakness the past couple years- Auburn reminds me of Georgia and Clemson& Oregon from a couple of years ago- very dynamic offenses but very pedestrian defenses-
Auburn vs Clemson would be a very good matchup- I can't wait for bowl/playoff season
. Saw a Music City Bowl matchup Auburn vs Louisville which sounds good to me.We play Petrino's Bombinos in Atl to open 2015 also.

FSU not as good as last year.. entire SEC not as good as last year either. Plain to see if you use your eyes and brain. People see Miss St and Miss winning and think suddenly they have risen to the be as "great" as the rest of the SEC that went 0-2 in BCS bowls last year. No, the whole conference is down.. with brand new QBs. That doesn't mean they aren't still the best from top to bottom, but they are not the best "by far." You're really an idiot if you think playing in the SEC west is so much harder than playing Florida State, Clemson, Louisville, Notre Dame, etc, plus Clemson and Florida State schedule 2 ranked (at the time) teams out of conference. They all have top-notch facilities and coaching staffs. Now Kentucky is one of the worst teams in the SEC. They looked pretty good against #1 Miss State a few weeks ago. Half of the players on all of these teams are highly recruited. What is so magic about the SEC stamp that these kids are now superfreaks? NOTHING.

Why do people keep saying things like "FSU won't survive if they play like that again"? Why do FSU fans keep saying "we are better than that, we are going to get out to a great start this week!"?
Why do people think this game is going to be any different than the rest? It has happened EVERY week! FSU will struggle but they are the most clutch team in the world. They only know how to win.

While everyone is debating who should be in the the top 4, it made me wonder what the long term effect of this new system will have on the SEC. It seems to me that in the committee's perfect world, the top 4 would be comprised of teams from 4 different conferences. I think that this will cause some SEC coaches to consider taking jobs outside of the SEC. For example, consider Les Miles. At LSU, he will almost have to be in the SEC championship game to have a legit shot at playing in another title game. If he took a job at Michigan or an ACC school, he would greatly increase his odds of making it into the playoffs. The down side to the SEC being king is the fact that they beat each other. The effect of that is amplified under the new system. The SEC will always have a recruiting edge. However, I think some of the shine of coaching in that conference may get dulled. You think Urban would go back to Florida for 20% more than OSU is paying him? I don't think so.
