You are definitely not alone on that one as 71% are on tenn as of now. This might be Pitts toughest game. One point - Narduzzi has faced Heupel 3 other times. In 2018 UCF rolled them - in 2019 Pitt beat them as a 10.5 pt dog and held them to a season low in yards - this was a very good ucf team. Last year pitt beat them and held them to second lowest in yds for season - only bama held them to less and in that one they gained more yds per play than against Pitt. Pitt has 2 extra days - they won’t shut them down but will be ready. Tenn is tough and capable of covering but I like this Pitt team to battle and they will score on Tenn. Good luck

2.5* Louisville +6.5 (-118)– FD only one I see at 6.5. I was big on Louisville coming into the year and couldn’t have been more disappointed and shocked about how bad they looked last week. They were not prepared and looked like they have never played in front of a loud crowd. Both sides of the ball was a struggle. They now play a team that is 30-2 at home the past 5 years. UCF is a solid team and can run the ball very well and they play solid def. Majority of people are on UCF (69% on UCF) based on how Louisville looked last week. The question you have to ask is if last week was a mulligan or a sign of bad things to come.
Louisville could have easily won 9 games last year and have one of the most electric QBs in the nation. They upgraded their roster with transfers and return 4 on an off line that was very good last year. It is hard for me to fathom that they will be a bad team this year. I can’t see Cunningham going out like that. This is gut check time for them as everything they heard all week was negative. Last year they opened up against Ole Miss and looked awful – 2 weeks later they beat UCF. I think there is something to what Satterfield is doing in camp that is not preparing them for the opener or teams are showing them looks they haven’t seen and weren’t prepared for. Plumlee is not a great passer so they should be able to load up against the run and I do expect Cunningham to look more like himself this week.
How often do you see this happen – a team looks awful one week – line inflates a little – then that team plays well the next week. The diff for me is looking at where I projected Louisville to start the season. If I had them low then last week is confirmation. I had them high – I think they just weren’t prepared. Going into the year I had them better than UCF (Phil Steele does to – he has Lou #24 and UCF #44). I think they play with tremendous energy tonight and will have a chance to win.
Prediction: Louisville by 2

Not surprising - I wasn’t sure what that line would do. I didn’t think it would go to 7 but it doesn’t surprise me for a few reasons. One - Missouri is SEC and that conf automatically gets more respect. Second people think that Kan St isn’t a team that should be fav by more than 7. Last - people don’t believe in Adrian Martinez. The movement doesn’t change anything for me. I expect K St to show tempo at times and be aggressive on off today. I still think it’s a good play. Good luck on your picks
