Going 7-5 this past week.
Ten Things We Learned
1. Do we really have to guess what #1 is going to be? Do you really think I gonna let you quietly walk away SEC? Look, enough is enough. Toledo beats Arkansas SU. I don't care that Auburn won in OT vs Jacksonville st, it's still like losing. Or the fact that Missouri escapes vs Arkansas st...Or maybe even the fact that Florida escapes from a depleted East Carolina team. South Carolina is pure and utter Garbage. I'm gonna give Tennessee a pass, I thought Oklahoma would beat them, so no surprise there. Hey EsecPN! How about give us another 10 SEC teams in the polls this week. Look, at some point you have to come to grips with reality!!! The SEC is overrated and EsecPN is in bed with them. I say blow the whole thing up and burn the rest to the ground. I don't want to hear another BS excuse about beating each other up. NOT ONE! Cause it looks like Toledo and Jacksonville state do the beating up. Put a fuking sock in it EsecPN!! We have heard enough! Please " team SEC " come in here and start a war with me... I will destroy you!
2. Christan Hackengarbage never disapoints me. Way to go 14/27 yesterday and gut out that extremely difficult win vs Buffalo. EsecPN says this guy is #1 on their board. Look, this kid couldn't start for Canadian football teams much less NFL teams. Please EsecPN, keep rolling with comedy hour, I love it.
3. Notre dame took a huge blow yesterday losing Zaire. IMO, the biggest loss for any team to date in the country. These guys went from a solid top 10 team to maybe finishing 8-4. Im not real sure about his backup so I need to do a little film study on the guy, but that has to be a huge drop off.
4. Newsflash! Texas scored some points...yeah, it was vs Rice, but hey...They did score. I'm really surprised that Strong made those coaching changes after game 1 of the season But I do understand he had to do something. What does this do for Texas long term? Texas is such an intriguing team IMO. I actually think they have a good football team other then at the QB position, which as you know is the most important on the field. I think Texas moves in a positive direction from this point out.
5. One team I'm not gonna drag through the mud from the SEC is Ole Miss. Yes I know both games were vs teams from teams that are not very good, but nevertheless, they look good. If any Ole Miss fans out want to be excited about the season, I say go ahead! You look solid right now. SWAG Baby!! I think Chad Kelly was a real talent at Clemson but he had a few problems and one of them was a kid named Watson, he was never gonna beat him out so im glad he has found a home at Ole Miss.
6. Anyone remember the press conference the Old ball sack called out of the blue about a week after SEC media days? Claiming that the gamecocks had "enemy's"? Well...... What say you now Old ball sack? Only Enemy I see is that you have no QB. This team is garbage Steve . I actually think Kentucky should have beat you by 3 TD's last night. only problem is that the other guy on the other sidelines is an idiot too. Welcome back to your place in history gamecock fans, the run is over.
7. One quick service announcement. Jessee Palmer is biggest Douche_bag that has ever walked the earth. Somebody tell that clown to buy cloths that fit. I can't even listen to a game that he is calling anymore. Jesse Palmer....Please turn your man card back in.
I'm a little tired, so 8-10 are grouped into 1.....
Week 2 is in the books. I see alot of people on here doing good and bad. But the important thing to understand is that it's only week 2. I say it so many times that this is a race not a sprint. If you are up good...if you are down, be patient. Use your money management that you came up with before the season started and stick to it. I hate the fact that 2 weeks are gone, this is the fastest time of the year. But good thing is that there is still more to play, so settle in and enjoy the ride...and remember, The Best is yet to come...
