The Deer must go. The body language of the SC players was atroscious on Saturday. They KNEW they were going to get bad play calling - epitomized by that horrendous OT. The players themselves - Top 10 Talent or better -
USC Alum buddies from my salad days in L.A. say the ENTIRE Toejam Nation is LIVID....and DEMANDING a change NOW. Rumors are that a search is underway and yes, Urby The Reprobate has been contacted along with Justin Wilcox and others. Some investment bankers have even pledged $15 million/year to try to get Lincoln Riley pried out of OK. Helton MAY be given the rest of the year....but the deal will be done to placate the Nation.
Love, hate, indifferent to SC - they are one of a handful of legendary programs. They SHOULD do whatever it takes to get back on par with the inevitable flood of 5 and 4 star recruits they consistently get.

Some good thoughts on this weekends action. The irony of Citadel beating G Tech and then Iowa game got delayed for God knows how long lol.
mini rant here:
This will not help that I am already an Alabama fan, but I bet against Auburn this week. Watched them very closesly and they very well could be 0-3 ATS this year, instead they are 3-0 (or 2-1 depending on the spread you locked in at Tulane). Auburn is up 32 points in the 4th quarter with 1:30 left in the game. 4th and goal at the 2 yard line, they decide to punch it in instead of going for the field goal. Personally I think that is a bit classless that late in the game and up by that much. The fact it made me lose the spread made me even more heated. My buddy acted like this was no big deal and it happens all the time.
So am I overreacting here?
Auburns days are coming soon. They will have loss after loss with this schedule upcoming.

Was Nix still in the game? I could see doing it for learning experience maybe, but otherwise seems a little dumb.
