This week was a good week. Going 12 - 4 and picking up 16.5 units. Like I said last week, from here on out you must pay close attention to these lines. I only expect sharp lines from here on out.
Ten Things we learned
South Carolina is exactly who I thought they were. An overrated team who hasn't bat anybody.
Arkansas is a team who had Alabama beat. What happened? Coaching, that's what happened. I m not sure Alabama will lose this season. That may have been there biggest test.
IMO guys, The Pac Ten is the best overall conference in the country from top to bottom. End of story. The SEC has just a few good teams.
I continue to say it. Stanford is a dark horse national championship contender.
Wow is Georgia bad. I started to fade them this past week but figured no way these guys lose 3 conference games in a row.
I don't think Notre Dame people should worry to much. I said months ago that this team would go through growing pains in this offense. This team will start to look much better as the year moves along.
Did LSU really almost lose that game last night? Les miles is the dumbest coach in America. Is it me or does he look cross eyed?
NCST is the real deal. Going to G.T and beating there ass like they did is no easy task.
Texas is awful on offense. You can't run a Pro Style offense without power backs. These guys have scat backs and it doesn't work well in that offense.
Boise is now going undefeated. Get use to it. These guys are playing in the NC. And don't be surprised if they win it.
Like your overview Boom. I am one of the biggest Boise supporters, but am an Auburn fan. I dont think they get enough credit for how good they are, but i am not so sure going undefeated is a lock with them having a visit to Nevada at end of year. Just my two cents. I would like to see them play in the national title so we can put to rest the argument that they are for real or not. I think they are with the players and coach they have. Good luck

Boom, you are really good at line movement, where do you see the UF/Bama line movement going? It is down to 8.5, from 9.5 yesterday. If I am dumb enough to bet UF, should I do it now or do you see it going back up? I want to get 10 badly.

IF you want Florida... you better make your bet now. By Saturday you will see it at 7 or 7.5

Ha yea i did they think should have won. I was really impressed with Clemson. One of my good friends is a Clemson fan so we had a good time watching that game. But good teams find a way to win and they also have to have a little luck. Was hoping to get a more favorable line with the Miami/Clemson game. Cant complain with the home team getting points here. I hope that line keeps creeping up and get another half a point or so. I am pulling for Clemson to eek out the ACC title. NC State might be the threat only cause they actually have a defense this year and a QB that doesnt turn the ball over like (cough) Jacoby Harris.

Hey bro, just started a thread asking if anyone knew about Kyle Parker's injury status he sustained from the Auburn game...totally didn't enter my mind to ask you first. Do you know how he's doing lately and how well they've been preparing for the game vs. Miami?
This is my take on Clemson so far. They play much better in prime time/night games. They don't get as fired up in day games. I am taking most of this from the Auburn game and the UNT game. I actually watched both and was incredibly frustrated with how inefficient Parker was playing vs. UNT. It looked like they were playing uninspired and uninterested. Defense was letting the Mean Green drive up and down the field and if it wasn't for 2 or 3 big plays, the game would have been much closer. The offensive and defense didn't look like they were clicking...granted they were playing North Texas, which is nothing exciting or scary, and it was early in the season. Clemson looked like a whole different animal against Auburn and should have won that game. Parker was like a newborn QB and that guy really impressed me with how gutsy he is.
I'm leaning hard to making Clemson, at 3.5, my biggest play of the weekend. I don't see Miami's offense matching up well vs. Clemson's defense. I trust that they will be able to mix up packages and confuse Jacory to making mistakes and INT's in this game, as he so often does. That Pitt team and defense isn't as good as year's past and think that game is very misleading. Their defense might have looked good against Pitt, but Sunseri is awful and inept.

Miami is a truely one of the most dangerous teams to BET on...please dont cofuse what I am trying to say. I am a fan and follower and for years they have been a different team on a week to week basis. That being said...I feel like they might actually be on to something after getting their last win. I know very little about Clemson...but watch out for Miami this weekend. They might be on to something...

Georgia is not that bad, they have just had to start the season with some tough games without their best player in AJ Green. He is back this week and they will roll Colorado.
