I don't know about you all but i could not watch the Boise game with the blue tuff, it just kept messing with my eyes. I don't know if it distracts the players but my T.V screen blue with players running around with blue jerseys on sure distracted me.

Hey bro, just started a thread asking if anyone knew about Kyle Parker's injury status he sustained from the Auburn game...totally didn't enter my mind to ask you first. Do you know how he's doing lately and how well they've been preparing for the game vs. Miami?
This is my take on Clemson so far. They play much better in prime time/night games. They don't get as fired up in day games. I am taking most of this from the Auburn game and the UNT game. I actually watched both and was incredibly frustrated with how inefficient Parker was playing vs. UNT. It looked like they were playing uninspired and uninterested. Defense was letting the Mean Green drive up and down the field and if it wasn't for 2 or 3 big plays, the game would have been much closer. The offensive and defense didn't look like they were clicking...granted they were playing North Texas, which is nothing exciting or scary, and it was early in the season. Clemson looked like a whole different animal against Auburn and should have won that game. Parker was like a newborn QB and that guy really impressed me with how gutsy he is.
I'm leaning hard to making Clemson, at 3.5, my biggest play of the weekend. I don't see Miami's offense matching up well vs. Clemson's defense. I trust that they will be able to mix up packages and confuse Jacory to making mistakes and INT's in this game, as he so often does. That Pitt team and defense isn't as good as year's past and think that game is very misleading. Their defense might have looked good against Pitt, but Sunseri is awful and inept.
kyle is fine... He suffered a stinger more than anything. He has been practicing with the first team as normal... Clemson will win this game. Our DL and DB plus playing in the valley will be too much for a SHAKY Harris to overcome. I do think we will be watching a preview of the ACC Championship game.

Georgia is not that bad, they have just had to start the season with some tough games without their best player in AJ Green. He is back this week and they will roll Colorado.
Sorry bro... They are that bad. There confidence is shattered and the season is gone. time for a new coach...

Thanks for the verification...just wanted to make sure it wasn't anything more than a stinger. Firms up my lean enough to solidify my play. Would be great to not see either Tech team or BC in it for once.

Dude, I love your write ups and really respect your picks; however, with that being said, do you really think S.C. is that bad for losing a game they should have won (just like Clemson) on the road in a really tough place to play? Or, is that the Clemson biased coming out in you? I truly believe the Gamecocks are sporting a terrific ballclub. Will they win the SEC? No. Will they beat a lot of teams left on their schedule? Yes. I still believe Auburn is overrated. Both SC schools should have come away with a victory. I'm still not sure what Clemson has yet which is why I'll stay off the game this weekend. They put on a great show in Auburn and I think they may have caught them off guard. Miami has gone on the road and won. Clemson has a Defense capable of winning the game, but it's all left up to Parker, Harper, and Ellington on offense because there is nobody to throw the ball to. Miami will key on the backs this week. I think its another really tight game as it has been in the past. This weekend will answer a lot of questions for Clemson, but a win over PC and NT (even though they played Auburn tough and should have won) doesn't have me convinced yet. Good luck this weekend buddy, but don't be too quick to judge the Gamecocks.

If you go back and read my pre season assessment of the gamecocks I clearly said there a good football team. I still believe there a decent football team. Problem is Spurrier Benching Garcia with 7 min left in that game was the single worst move I have seen from a coach in years. doesn't mean the would have won the game...but it does mean that you win with your players and you lose with your players...Garcia has zero faith in Spurrier now. If there was any respect between the 2 it's now gone....spurrier hurt his chances of turning this team into a possible 9 or even 10 win team by making that move. Trust me, every player on that team lost respect for spurrier that night with his move to bench Garcia. Now the reason I m down on the gamecocks now is because I feel they lost there team " unity " with Spurrier bull shit. A team like USC who has traditionally been a team who is 6-6 or 7-5 needs every little thing possible to keep them unified... By benching Garcia, Spurrier IMO has Hurt the season and the team.

I agree with you on Bama! I thought they would have had an easier time than they did with Ark, and thought they would cover? I am thinking Bama repeats! Texas came out flat against a medeocre UCLA team and the 16 straight at Darrell K. is ova! The offense has to get in a groove with Garrett. I also think they were looking forward to OK and the RRR. Should be a good game and we shall see if the offense has improved. GL this week Boom Boom!! PG

Boom Boom love following u but y no love for the Gamecocks I think they played very well against a good auburn team at Auburn. Just because they didnt win they bad. I will say they have a great shot at being one of the two teams in the SEC championship game!!!! They will play BAMA twice this year next week and in SEC Championship game. Fla is only team that they have to really beat to get there and I think if they play like they have been they will do that. Yeah they do have some tough games left but it will all play out and SC will get the there respect this year watch and see im tellin u they better than the experts think and they have played well all year long and they will find a way to win games like this past week in Auburn this year. Bama will have there hands full just like against Ark and they will b tested again in Columbia guranteed two weeks to prepared for that game and I will b suprised if they dont compete with them the entire game!!!!

Hey Boom...I don't think Wisconsin has any trouble against MSU. The Hogs up front will make room for a huge rushing day against a smaller MSU front. MSU uses their speed on defense to makeup for the undersized front and I think Wisconsin will pound the ground and use the screen to counteract MSU's aggressive pursuit. I've been wrong on many occasions but I feel great with this play
