Good luck on your picks. I am curious your reasoning for Wyoming. I have a rule not to give double digits with a team that can’t score - so Illinois falls under that. Are you thinking something similar or you siding with them cause of Bohl? Wyoming lost a lot but they are always well coached. I would be worried about them scoring much. It’s interesting that spread keeps going up so people betting Illinois.

Some of your Contest pick5 picks perhaps??? The 1st Half Under is interesting for NW/Neb is interesting. Weather looks fine, avg wind.....what's your angle? Good luck this week and will enjoy reading your thread Train. especially for parlay ideas
No real angle on the NW/Neb 1st half under other than I think both teams will have limited success early on and we should see quite a bit of running with little chance for explosive plays. I have way more faith in Fitz to make adjustments and keep his squad in the game and that should include some long drives milking the clock. Its week 0, some always a crap shoot....

Fitzgerald would know Husks 'uptight' history with starts so he might actually, surprise and come out with some surprise plays to start with a surprise advantage over the Husks
GeneralWizdom is playing the over on this and I am seeing the light on it but the first half total is much more than overall total
Have you ever seen Fitzgerald spring a surprise?
If no, buy 'vanilla' by taking that Under
Proving is truth. Talk is cheap.

I havent read or heard 1 person like Wyoming. Line keeps going up. People betting on Illinois based off the perception Wyoming is gonna be trash. Maybe they will be.....but how good is Illinois? Last year they scored over 24 points 2 times......they scored 14 or under 5 times....I'll take Bohl over Bielema any day. Linemakers made this total 44, which means they expect this to be ugly....and I agree. If Illinois puts the smack down so be it.....but how many times in the history of Illinois football have the illini been expected to win....and win by 2 tds? They already have a conference lookahead and a short week facing Indiana on the road next Friday. Looks like a 20-17 type game to me, but wouldn't be shocked to see Illinois win 31-10 either......or a Wyoming 24-14 win....
Just a normal play, nothing crazy. I've been wrong before.
