GEORGIA TECH looks loaded with Value to me ...I would make them a 1.5+ point favorite 

The Rams played a Fantastic 2nd half ...Beavers play calling was pretty bad as well

The Bills are going to need Matthews to stay healthy ....Fairly thin at WR ... Not going to see as many snaps in the Bills offense as he did for 2/3 of his Eagles career ... Would be Happy with 63+Catches -750 yds   6-8 TD's ....Bills have been really small at WR for too long , Hope Ryan plays BIG ..

IMO V-Tech looks like this could be their best team in recent history... Unfortunately they have a huge unknown at the QB position.  If this kid has a year like Jalen Hurts, Rosen, Chad Kelly, Jerod Evans, Paxton Lynch, or a ton of other guys like Will Grier... I dont know how anybody could feel confident in the Hokies, until they see Jackson against a real defense.  He doesnt need to be elite, but if he steps in like Evans did last year, VTech could win the ACC... They have an elite secondary, elite LB's, and a very good DLine.  Offensively, they're returning both Cam Phillips and Travon McMillan, these were the Hookies best offensive players last year.  They're also retuning an elite Oline, and a very good head coach.   If their QB is bad, they wont be much to worry about, but he's walking into a nice situation.  I think they're one of the teams that you should just watch the first few weeks of the season. 

WVU has quite a few of their own queston marls as well...
