Based on just the record, perhaps -10...But, these two teams are evenly matched...probably a good pass.

You handicap games by looking at scores? Who beat who?

Vegas ain't in the charity business - mistakes are made but corrected immediately.

IF this game was played week 1-8 or so - Kansas gets spanked. Week 12 Kansas wins outright.

The impediment to action advances action - what stands in the way becomes the way.

Vegas angle could be that since they are bowl-bound they will aim to coach the players toward self preservation vs. going all out to blow the other team out.

I DON'T handicap games. I only play money lines. And I'm not playing this game because I think Vegas has their hands on it. Like someone else mentioned. It should be BYU -10, I think it should be BYU -15. I would love to put a large amount on BYU money line. But I'm not doing it. Vegas has her hands on this one. And I'm staying away

yep, Vegas wants us to play a certain way. And BYU - 2.5 at home versus a sorry 3-6 Kansas team who people like for some unknown reason. They suck. They lost to Arizona State and tcu, who also sucks. BYU blew out K-State who was favored -8 over Kansas. Line doesn't make any sense, Vegas has her hands on it, I'm staying away. Thanks for everyone's input

 YOUR BEST BET IS NOT TO BET ON BYU. As I have said numerous times on this site, the best-looking bet on the card each week is usually a loser. Vegas isn't stupid.

yes I've watched BYU. Have you watched Kansas? Kansas sucks, they are terrible. They have lost 3 of their last 5. Which includes tcu, Arizona state, and K-State in which BYU blew them out. Why the love for Kansas? They suck. They are 3 - 6. Teams are as good as their record. You want proof? Because that's their record. Lol. And their recent record is, 2 - 3, with losses to TCU and Arizona state, who sucks. They beat Houston cougars, they suck, they beat a good Iowa State team. Kansas isn't any good. And their record proves it. People love the Jets and the Rams. The Jets and Rams suck. But people love them. But anyways, I'm not playing this game, I think Vegas has her hands on it. I would love to play BYU moneyline for 1K. But nope, I'm staying away, something is happening here with this line.

If means folks like yourself are smelling the bait n are taking the dog to lose value in the byu as fav. 

Good, even better.  If I make money by the end of the night, I'm dumping it all on the trap game 

 

Byu team total over 29.5

You can't trap the total player because point spread is not involved plus byu can lose straight up and I'll win in a shootout or overtime where in college football, it can roll on forever in a tie.

Oh, and for the record. I think BYU wins by 13 or more. And again, I'm not playing it, because Vegas has her hands on it. Something very fishy about a 9-0 team at home versus a 3-6 (0-4 on the road) team. I personally think a lot of people will be taking Kansas, and I'm pretty sure this is why Vegas has big hotels and they comp rooms.GL
