Wyoming -4 vs Utah St?

What's the deal with this line? Utah St sucks and Wyoming is 6-2 and just beat Boise St at home?  This looks to be a double digit victory.

I suggest you do a search on the forum regarding this game as it has been discussed at length on a couple other threads. Member Scalabrine had a nice productive thread about this game.

Historically Utah has dominated Wyoming ... But I took Wyoming at -4
