Did you see the game last year? Maryland was on top for over half that game and blew it in the end. Now reverse the situation, put it on Monday Night in Maryland in the rain.... Have you seen how Miami has played recently in those conditions on the road.
The Miami QB Morris threw two picks in that game and made some really bad decisions, not much of an upgrade over Harris. If anything it was the Miami ground game that helped them pick up the win last year in Miami.
Last I heard it wasn't even 100% Morris would be starting from Al Golden.

I was set to take a shot on the over with the Caines "D" taking the tough blows from the suspensions.
Terps QB O'brien put up good numbers as a freshman All-American and ACC Rookie
of the Year. O’Brien, led the Terps to a 7-3 record in his 10 starts and
threw 22 touchdowns, third most among Football Bowl Subdivision
freshmen. He passed for 2,438 yards last season – arguably he had his worst performance at Sun Life Stadium against the Hurricanes but the suspensions should give him a better shot this time around.
Miami is mostly intact with their offense and Coach Golden has been preaching: "toughness, conditioning and
unity.’’ and the players are buying into his system.
So yeah, I thought there could be a lot of points tonight. And the line is coming down in my favor. But as a good handicapper does, I did my due diligence and see the forecast for the game is terrible. The line has already been adjusted down and there really is no edge I can find here to feel I would be doing anything but flipping a coin.
This is the time to take the advice of the WOPR when it said..

Coach Golden is probly not the answer in Miami..and now going on the road in shambles, not focused, and not prepared, with a roster full of freshman to play a team who LOVES playing at HOME with returning nucleus on Offense, and 7 returning on D....Maryland will be ready to play, and as you've seen it in the LSU/Orengon game....freshman typically make costly mistakes.
