Fresno wins the battle of the dawgs. Bulldogs over the Huskies.

Great question. N ill #7 rushing attack was either abandoned or stopped by a good run defense from mia . Fresno's is a decent defense.  Mia(oh) threw all over them. Fresno's got a good qb who can throw the ball with efficiency. Trust me Im a doctor! G luck

I think the #7 rushing attack has a lot to do with the MAC conference play. Here's their schedule played this year along with that team's rushing D:

Iowa State 88th, Illinois 33rd, Minnesota 94th, Akron 74th, Temple 35th, Buffalo 70th, Central Mich 84th, Western Mich 76th, Toledo 41st, Ball St 75th, Eastern Mich 119th, Miami(OH) 32nd.

They lost vs Illinois & Miami(OH), but won at home against Temple. Outside of that they haven't beaten anyone. And, when they've gone against a decent rush defense they've struggled.

Listen, NIU had a wonderful season, but damn the MAC is awful. I'm also a little worried about how the team is going to play without Coach Kill leaving to coach at Minnesota.

It's not by any means a large play for me, but I like Fresno in this spot. Good luck with your plays.

I can see why there is a lot of Fresno love in here but I'm leaning on NIU even though they have screwed me towards the end of the season.

Harnesh wasn't playing his normal game against Miami OH.  He has been extremely successful on running with the ball.  For whatever reasons, he didn't run the ball at all in this last game.  IMO that made all the difference in the world.  I along with alot of people was all over NIU and lost.  Who knows what game plan they will be leaning towards now.  Taking the over!

      I just can believe how misdirected everyone is here! (except for Big Daddy!)  For the record both teams have a record of futility over the last 6 years in post season bowl games. The Huskies are at least 14 pts the better of the two. No contest!

This year anerage is 32.9 off and 29.4 def. N.Ill. L/Y averaged 28.6 on off and gave up 21.6 on def. and this year average is 37.8 off and 19.1 def.

I'll go with the Huskies over the Bulldogs 

    Irish Eyes- If you remember last year at this time, you playedFresno "bigtime" in the bowl game and you got crushed. Don't make the same mistake twice, my brother!
