QB is playing for the Buckeyes + Myers...tell me how this LINE is so close??? I promised I would not fall for the ole' rabbit in the hat trick, again, esp.. after loading up on WVU -3.5 in Lubbock...But then again I said I would lose that bet 6 times in a row, if ever given it again...Then I watched the K-State game and went all Dennis Green(They are who we thought were) on WVU... In the words of DOC Holiday...I'll be your Huckleberry... Give me the Buckeyes +1...

I'm not a PSU homer, but I've seen OSU play several times this year and I am not impressed with their supposedly good DEF.  they give up a ton of yards.  This PSU team is a completely different animal than in recent years.  They pass 1st, run 2nd.

Don't be fooled! I have seen all Big 10 games and the professional football team from Happy Valley will cover.

The Nittany Lions stuff the Buckeye's pistol/option thing and force Braxton to pass. The Buckeyes can be shaky on defense and the Buckeyes may end-up using two QBs.

I swore I wouldn't bet on Ohio State again after they choked that game against Indiana a couple of weeks ago but a Pick against Penn State is hard to pass up.  I wouldn't mind losing the bet because Meyer and OSU are both overrated but the bet here is Ohio.

Strength vs strength: OSU's run game(10th nationally) vs Penn St's run D(21st nationally). We won't know how effective Braxton Miller is going to be til the game starts, but I see him struggling, and not just cause of the injury. This is a good defense Penn St has. The more their backs are against the wall, the better they play. They check in 13th nationally in scoring defense, allowing just under 16 ppg.

Strength vs weakness: Penn St. passing attack vs Ohio St pass D. OSU is a bottom feeder when it comes to pass D, that's no secret. Even after an "intervention" after the Indiana game, they got shredded by Purdue. Penn St. doesn't have sexy stats on offense, they are average, but the QB McGloin has really gotten progressed nicely this season. He doesn't make dumb mistakes, he's got 14 TD's to just 2 INT's. Pretty impressive.

Not just yards but points as well!  PSU seems to have the "Us against the world"  thing going.  No one has stopped the McGoin connection to hsi tight ends if the wide outs make a few plays like last week...I'm riding this train till the wheels come off

Penn St lost two early games to two TERRIBLE teams.  They then went on to win against two terrible teams.  Next up they beat a now 2-5 club, and a pair of 4-3 teams......Color me not impressed.  The fact that oSU is now catching one point is amazing.

I just have this gut feeling that this game goes UNDER....something like 19-16....and I'm giving the edge to OSU

It's called adjusting to a brand new system. Ohio is ranked, so a top 25 team doesn't qualify as terrible and the Virginia game they had won but the kicker blew it. Each week Penn State looks better and better so I expect to see it continue here. Don't be a fool and waste your money on the Buckeyes..
