Defenses will be strong in the first quarter and get worn down as the game goes on.  This should bode well for the second half over depending on the number.

*Of course, this won’t happen until 2013, when the NCAA investigation is complete and Auburn is stripped of the championship for recruiting violations (and Cam Newton has to return his Heisman).

 

As for tonight’s game, it’s not that hard: SEC has won how many years in a row?  Sending Oregon to the championship game for going undefeated against the Little Sisters of the PAC 10 is a joke.  Why not send TCU or Boise State?  I think the Ducks played one (!) ranlked team all year.  Hell, my son’s Pop Warner team could probably beat half the teams on Oregon’s schedule. 

 

And no, I’m not a homer.  I grew up in NY, live in Boston and have no dog in this fight.  Well, other than my cash cow…

Well then you must be on Oregon's side then...

In my opinion, on a small play, and assuming one would be attracted to Auburn's side, laying an extra 10% on a small play to get it at a ML price of -120 makes sense.  Especially since buying it to -1 costs more...

In summary, its evident noone has a clear understanding who is going to win this game.  We all may as well flip a coin, no?

Reverse line movement?

66% of money on Auburn, but the line has come from -2 go -1 on game day.

Vegas is welcoming more and more money on Auburn. 

Hopefully, they get their a$$es handed to them like they did when they pulled the same sh_t with the Mid. Tenn. game.

Thanks to Covers for changing the lines on the contest.  What the hell is that? It doesn't mean that much, but that's the first time I've noticed them changing the lines after a pick. I selected mine 3 weeks ago at Auburn 1 one and under 74. Now at like 71.

Auburn should win this one. TCU could beat both of them but we will never know with the BS bowl system. I'm convinced that they keep it going for the money only and a lot of it comes from gambling.

Lotsa Duck backers thinking they roll it up tonite.  Pac 10  very weak this year. . .Cal had em, and Oregon State made em look very ordinary.  Three picks cost OSU in that one, but Oregon hardly dominated that game regardless of the score.

This one setting up like last year when the Ducks were supposed to beat Ohio State.  We know what happened there, didn't we.

My only concern is that I'm hearing curfew has been loose at the hotel in Glendale, lots of great strip clubs in the area.

Taking the Ducks first half, common knowledge suggests AUB D plays better the second half, add the Ducks fast mind boggling "O" Think Chip Kelly knows he has to hit and score this AUB team  early to have a chance at winning.
