Auburn is too much for Oregon. Oregon will have its moments in the first half but in the end, Auburn wins.

Sayonara NCAAF til next year hope to get my Ducks in a row to shoot 'em down next time around O and tonight as well. Like most of ya might have I had to bat this thing around for a bit such a long layoff for both teams just gotta go with Tigers and yea I know a bit of an SEC bias kinda overplayed and all but not sure if Oregon would be undefeated playing the same schedule. Looking at it the toughest team they played all year was Stanford while Auburn tussled with the likes of Bama, LSU, and even the Hogs were pretty solid plus the Newton factor. When it comes to championship games I usually try and take my shot with which QB stands a chance to have a better game and that is Cam for me anyway, could be wrong of course but if so at least it will be the last time for 8 months. Hope for a great game and BOLA whatever side ya got and I'd like to personally congratulate any & all who had a profitable season and if ya did wish I had tailed ya on some winners instead of being the stubborn mule I usually am HA HA!  -- AUBURN -1

i think Auburn attempts ball control and long drives.  Would not be the least bit surprised with the game going under due to Auburn running the ball a bit more and the prep time.

Don't really like either team, but I would have to say Auburn wins this game. Auburn has played like 8 or 9 bowl teams, while Oregon has played like 3 or 4. Auburn KNOWS how to win the close games, they had a decent amount this year, while Oregon only had 1 close game, that was against a HAPLESS CAL team, who had them beat & totally screwed up!!! Also, Oregon played 3 CUPCAKES & I mean CUPCAKES & scoring 70 or more in all 3 of those games. Don't like Oregon playing those HAPLESS WEAK teams!!!

  Well... I've got 4 parlays all waiting on Auburn to hit... worth some very good money... 

1 - 7 teamer $115 to win $10,000.00

1 - 7 teamer $115 to win $10,000.00

1 - 4 teamer $200 to win $1968.00

1 - 5 teamer $100 to win $1121.00

Total = $23,409.00 

I've already hedged part of it with Oregon +3 to win $5000.00

I can guarantee myself around $11,500.00 with Oregon and around $13,200 with Auburn...

And the closer I've gotten to this game I've actually started leaning Oregon.. but it's so close to call... that's why I'm probably gonna just hedge it to get about half either way... just don't know about this matchup.

I am also leaning  Over 72... but I think I'm going to wait until 2nd half to decide on a totals bet...

And I think I'll probably play Oregon 1st half   because of their fast starts and Auburns slow starts...

I believe you have it.......should be interesting since bberres1 has the opposite of you.......I like Auburn also in this one......but I haven't been hot at all lately, so I'm fading myself and taking Oregon on contest picks, but just playing the under in the game tonight.  That is a huge total and I remember the highest scoring team in the history of the NCAA(The Sooners) 2 years ago playing a very capable Florida squad and favored.......and the dog won with less firepower and it stayed way under the total. 

Rember folks, nobody has put up points on Oregon this year.........nobody!!!!!!!  Auburn has been in a few shootouts.  I'll take the last seed in the lineage of Captain Caveman at middle linebacker for Oregon(yet another crazy Mathew's kid) to keep Auburn in check.......final score Ducks 34-30. 

I wish all of you on the NCAAF threads the very best......some of you like Sharp and BigDaddy go into a deep slumber until next fall.  I'll miss talking with you and reading your takes and angles on the games, but will look forward to August with great anticipation of rekindling the fun and friendships. 

I'll see many of you others on the basketball, NHL and MLB threads as those seasons take off and start up.  It's the only way I can treat my football depression for the next 7 months!!!

It's been a great season.....but like my Daddy always said, all good things must come to an end.....

and prosperity my friends!!!!

Auburn 37 - Oregon 33. Auburn -1.5 and Under 72.5.

I like the DLine of Auburn to be the biggest factor in this matchup. Oregon will have to throw from the pocket too often and Chizik will have them in a few 3rd and longs where they won't convert as much.

Well those of you who can watch this game and not working while it's on should be in for a treat. As for me I'll be working and checking the score from time to time  ....who am I kidding I'll be checking the score often and working from time to time
