This smells like a trap game to me and I'm not trying to be biased here. Stanford -7? Logic would say that this line should be atleast -14 to -17. Washington's defense is ALOT better than they were in the previous years. It's their offense that stalls because of lack of a running game. Playing portland state was great for them as well as getting pounded by that LSU defensive line. The closest thing to that DL in the pac12 is standford's DL so they have already faced a better DL and will be ready for stanfords DL. That being said I'd take UW +7 here.

Actually after thinking about it this one is way too tough to call. I would stay clear from this. Even though I think Stanford is a 2 TD better team than UW, the situations I spoke about above steer me towards UW to cover 7. I honestly don't know but I wouldn't be surprised AT ALL if UW pulls the upset.

I fully agree with soulpurpose... over analyze this game and what you think "Vegas wants you to do" at your own peril. Stanford's gonna take full advantage of this very rare nationally televised exposure.
