Washington State has given up 215 rushing yards to Rutgers, 214 to Nevada, 178 to Oregon, and 193 to Utah.. 1-3 in those games.. With Stanford's offensive line, how much do you think they run for?? With success in the run game, it makes Hogan's job easier and opens up the play action.. Just some things to think about for this game..
I agree somewhat with your theory. But... I see one difference. I could be wrong or right but im going with my gut. Rutgers, Nev, Ore, Utah... All have stand out, born to Run RB's as well as QB's (minus Rutgers) that can run just as well. The past 3 games they have let up 1 rushing TD each to cal and Utah and 0 rushing TD's to Oregon.
I can see Hogan trying to keep up with Halliday and making a bunch of mistakes. Anything on his leg injury too? I may be the only person on earth who thinks this theory.

Man you guys I don't know.... I had Wash St. Against Cal and I got killed.
Well put, lol!
Trying to figure out Wash st. is like trying to figure out a rubiks cube. I personally think u will see alot of 3 and outs from Wazzo, and alot of ground and pound from The Cardinal.

Yeah, I put it in my system and I had Stanford by right under 20 points... I'm thinking I could lay the home chalk - I hate chalk... but I think in a spot where Stanford needs to prove something.... I just couldn't take 17 points and feel good about it like it's free money. I mean Cal Defense was disgusting Washington state gave up over 800 yards in that gameI mean sixty points.... and they still lost... Washington state can't hang with Stanford - sure the Offense is slower. but I'd be surprised if WSU they put up more than two touchdowns period. Not to mention the total implies they don't score more than ten points. 45-7 type game..... Thoughts?

I agree fully. Stanford will not give up big plays on D, too disciplined...One incomplete pass means having to force the ball down the field into the zone....Stanford is going to get turnovers and grind the clock ...3 yards and a could of dust the entire game! By the fourth quarter I see Stanford getting 10 yards a carry....Having said all that, has any Pac-12 double digit fav covered in conference this whole year? Don't think so. Sooo small play on Stanford to break the trend. Best thing might be the QB not playing...

My gut tells me the people who have Wash St thinking they can hang close in this game, will be looking at a 28-3 halftime score and wondering WTF happened...

I am really feeling the under in this game. I think Stanford will run the ball at least 60%-65% of their offensive snaps and keep that clock churning. That Stanford defense is for real and will keep the Washington State offense in check.
