Either he goes or I go! Now that this is out in the open as dozens are outraged about his posts I will wait for the appropriate response and action taken

@leventis72
Again, he is tossing out the bait and your are biting every time. Just ignore / don’t respond to any of his posts / comments. That’s EXACTLY what he wants… a reaction from you.
Best of luck and keep on doing what your doing

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I've taken a look and boxed him, and brought this to mods' attention as well. That kind of behavior is not acceptable. I will say that as a rule, I don't normally like discussing actions taken with other members - that's between Covers and that member - posting on the open boards to me just isn't kosher. Just something to keep in mind for the future, but in this case I felt it was warranted.
In cases like this I would normally advise you to utilize the report feature. The problem I am seeing on Covers with the reports feature though is that, many members seem to use the report function in a retaliatory way against posters they just don't like, or even if they just disagree with what a poster says (even if that post is not an actual attack, troll, insult, and is not violating our guidelines in anyway).
Members may not realize this, but excessive reporting makes real issues harder to detect and find so that we can deal with them. Not only does it add another line item to be checked by mods, the way the report feature works on the back end can make it difficult to pin down exact posts/problems. You may not be aware of the amount of time it takes to go through reports (it is very time consuming), and this is only exacerbated due to several members making many frivolous reports.
On top of that, when there is an abundance of these sort of retaliatory reports on posts that are not really breaking rules, it leads to a sort of "Boy Who Cried Wolf" syndrome; i.e. when a member repeatedly reports non-offensive posts, you do start to think most of their reports are frivolous, which isn't helpful when there is a real issue like this. I'm not calling out anyone specific here, just what I have seen and observed overall since I've been here.
What is my point here? And this is really for anyone viewing this who may or may not use the report function: please save reporting posts for real violations of our rules and guidelines. If you aren't sure what those are, check them out here: https://www.covers.com/forum/guidelines. And remember the number 1 rule of the internet: don't feed the trolls! :) If there is something that really needs reporting, please do so, but refrain from engaging with them. That is often giving people like this exactly what they want. Just report and ignore them. We'll do the rest.
In the meantime we are looking to have a more robust and user friendly (for both members and mods) report feature in the future - but this will take time. Until then, we ask that you use discretion when reporting posts. Help us help you! Thanks guys. :)

@tammy296
Unfortunately we have some like Leventis that resort to namecalling, calling people frauds and phonies and trying to discredit people which I have screenshotted. That just shouldnt be alllowed unless its a legit valid statement, which he cant back up
We have people like Hyvong who I just reported from my post in ncaab that he only came to call me an attention whre or pos.
Bluejet actually wasnt bad and was kinda funny. He was only commenting on posts fading picks, but leventis got all emotional. There is nothing wrong to troll someone and fade someones picks. If thats the entertainment someone loves, so be it. Like you said, dont feed the trolls lmao
