I am not able to open any of the game previews within the matchup pages.
Hello Central07,
One thing I can suggest is to clear your browsing data and cached images and files, this can be done within your browser settings. Please be sure to close out of your browser completely after this is done and re-open. Some games will simple not have a game preview available, but if you are having trouble getting these pages to load and not seeing any other messaging I would recommend doing the above.

It's broken buddy.
One of the obvious major things that sticks out like a really sore, swollen thumb is your (I'm not attacking you, your refers to "company") customer service skills. Instead of making the assumption that you need to provide solutions because the problem is on the end-user's side, you should investigate what might "probably" be an issue on your end. I say "probably", because your website has a "long" history of issues, and a strong propensity to not resolve the problem, based on a tech team that is clearly deficient in problem-solving.
I was just about to "finally" (I say finally because it's been close to a week) create a ticket for this, pointing out specifically, that the "Game Preview" link on the matchup pages is NOT working, even when there IS a preview available. People in general (like myself) would greatly prefer to get a popup on the same page for the Game Preview, as opposed to opening up a new tab for the blurb.
I thought a split second that @Central07 has inadequately provided a description of the problem, but no ... he/she provided just enough. It's your inadequacy as a customer service rep on a website that is glaringly awful. Again, it's not an attack on you personally, unless you'd prefer to think that. You might think I'm also over doing the criticism, but as a technical professional with 20+ years experience in a field I "strongly wish" I wasn't in, I'm qualified to say that the criticism is justified; again, based on past performance.

Hello deadw8,
I appreciate the feedback, and thank you for explaining it further. To me the match-up pages would be in reference to https://www.covers.com/sports/nfl/matchups
In which case from my testing, and others, all the preview links under each match-up seem to be working. Which is where the first suggestion to clear the browsing data would have came from, to see if it was on the user specifically, prior to getting a developers help. I am now aware this was not the location or the link being referenced, and have sent this to our dev team to look into getting it fixed.

It IS the matchup page:
https://www.covers.com/sport/basketball/nba/matchup/270311
https://www.covers.com/sport/basketball/nba/matchup/preview/270311
I wasn't about to check all the other sports, I leave that with you
Thanks

Hey deadw8,
No problem, I checked the majority of each game specifically, it is definitely broken. We are hoping to have it fixed shortly, I have a dev on it now.
All the best.

What I find to be extremely bizarre in the year 2022, that a company of your size doesn't have an e2e test suite set-up to find these issues, PRIOR to something else on the page getting fixed. I've noticed that when your developers go in and try and fix something, they end up breaking other things, really strange in the year 2022. I mean, I could understand if it was a tech team of like 2 or 3 people ...

My point being, you shouldn't be the one even reporting this, it should've been reported to the tech team way before this happened, again, about a week ago.
And another issue came up on this forum page, where I pressed "Submit" and received an error instead of going back to the thread page, probably something to do with your message posting before I got done with mine ...

Hey deadw8,
I will definitely bring that up to the team, I am sure they will know what you referring to here and if it is something they can use(not my call, obviously).
Just to be clear on the second issue, when you pressed "Submit", you had an error message occur? Would you remember what the error message said and I can look into it for you.

I don't bud. It was a message in red just above the text content, it said something along the lines of "An Error occurred ...", it prevented the page from reloading, and it made it seem like my message hadn't been processed/published, but when I reloaded the page, it actually had.

Hey deadw8,
Hmm definitely odd that an error was received, but the post was made regardless. Will add this to their list to check out and fix.
