 As the person at whom that ‘racist’ comment was aimed, I would appreciate the opportunity to chime in. 

Bigred had no intention of making a racist comment. His catch phrase has been “get off the porch” for years now. Then he referred to me as a monk, because he claims that I can not get any women. 

Bigred had no idea that what he wrote would come across as racist. I believe intent matters, and he had no intent to sound racist, his intent was to insult me. 

Bigred has been on this site for a long time and NEVER made a single racist comment. Is he a racist? No. Is he too stupid to understand how his term could be taken? Yes.

If stupidity is a ban-able offense, this sites membership would be about 15 people. 

I respectfully request that you reconsider your decision to ban bigred. Perhaps speak to the mods who have known him for years now.

After a review, we have decided to suspend the user for a week. The comment made was at best ignorant and could easily be interpreted as inappropriate and racist, but we understand that may not have been the users intention. We appreciate other forum users adding in their insight on the matter.

Not bad...  now throw a zero tolerance warning at the small group of non-stop instigators that continue to drive us down this road.  DJBrow already told them to watch themselves but that didn't do anything.  Grown men acting like children, beyond pathetic.  You know who they are, they know who they are.  Enough is enough.  It's killing your site TBH

BigRed is really a good dude ...He didn't mean it , and it was directed at someone as a joke during their ongoing parody...All is good , took it out of context ..

I'm going to let all racism slide moving forward ...Just please give me the freedom to laugh it off,  especially in the box ...
