Can you smell the fresh grass

  No I can't  bc I have 10 inches of snow in my backyard..However,I just picked up my first 2 Fantasy baseball books for 2011...              

  ***   MY League cost $300

***     Bankroll (fake money) $260

***    Keeper league - 3 years(3rd year add additional $5 to previous salary)

***    League started 2007-- 14 teams(I agree --too many)

*** I have never won The Title

 OK SO I can keep any combo of these 3 Players

 1)N.Cruz $24

 2) A-Rod $31

3) A.Either $14

4) C.Hamels $ 16

5) Tommy Hanson $16

6) $ F.Liriano $4 

     What should I do?

Just something I think might make the most sense

1) Liriano                                $4 --

2) Tommy Hanson                   $16

3) A.Either                              $14

 total would be $ 34 -thus leaving $226 on draft day to add 20 players---

  sorry roster = 23 players-

   9 sp

  14 pos

  (2) catchers---  (1) middle inf--- (1 )-coner-- (1) utility---(5) of-- (1) ss- (1) 2b- (1) 3b--(1) first base

cruz injuries concern me

hammels being the #4 and might not start that much in sept. scares me

arod- injuries concern me as well.. im also willing to pay $35 for him if i let him walk       

I'd definitely keep liriano. I usually like to think of it this way: Do you think you can get back liriano for $4? seems very unlikely.

I'd keep eithier at that price... before his injury he was one of the best players in baseball(maybe the injury affected him after he came back) that'll be a bargain

I don't think you can go wrong with hanson or hamels, but I'd choose Hamels. he will be going up against opposing teams 3 or 4 starters a lot and he could get a lot of wins that way

Come on now guys. You know better then that. It may be that way for the 1st 2 weeks then after that its a toss up who you are matched up with. Very rarely are we graced with the opprotuntiy to watch ace vs ace. If your guys methods were true aces would be facing aces every night. Rain outs, off days, double headers you never keep the acutal rotation spot. Your the #1,2,3,4,5 for the 1st week of the season and the post season.
