After spending months overhauling our back of house engineering while soliciting input from the DFS community, we are thrilled to announce the commencement of public testing for our new and improved Lineups Page (web only). This testing period will enable a randomly selected portion of users to access the updated Lineups Page, with the intent to make the page available to all users in the coming weeks.
The new Lineups Page addresses latency issues, allowing improved functionality that is designed to be robust enough to handle a theoretical 20,000 lineups per user concurrently.
Additionally, we were able to give the web page a bit of a facelift. The new filtering options allow users to view lineups based on ‘Live’, ‘Upcoming’, ‘Recent’, as well as filtering by specific sport. As before, users will have the option to ‘Create Lineups’, ‘Upload Lineups’, ‘Edit Entries’, or ‘Swap Players’. For those of you that use a third party extension, you can temporarily access the old version of the page design.
We at DraftKings view this as a victory not for us, but for the DFS community. These improvements would not have been possible without your participation, engagement, and collaboration. We are committed to a continued effort to provide the best-in-class user experience. this is yet another step in that direction.
