Here's my squad for Footballin' to the Fullest XI
(12 team league/#8 pick) = Standard Scoring/non PPR league
*STARTERS* QB - Kevin Kolb WR - Vincent Jackson WR - Brandon Marshall WR - Anquan Boldin RB - Rashard Mendenhall RB - Maurice Jones-Drew TE - Kellen Winslow K - Gotskowski/I pick up prime-time game kicker every week.
*BENCH* RB - Felix Jones WR - Lance Moore RB - Ronnie Brown RB/WR - Dexter McCluster WR - Antonio Brown WR - Brandon Gibson QB - Matt Cassel/dropped him & picked up Ryan Fitzpatrick this morning.
I first picked Rashard Mendenhall @ #8 - debated the full 90seconds about taking him or Larry Fitzgerald. I went with Mendenhall and then took Maurice Jones-Drew on the way down of the 2nd round.
I know my QB's are my weak spot, but I did all my pre-mocks with Kolb as my QB and my average round of drafting him was in the 9th round... and I was able to draft Kolb in the 10th round of this draft. So I was pleased. I think Kolb will have a solid year. Not a Top 5 year, but Top 10 year and I'll be more then happy.
My starting RB's are a great combo + my 3 WR's should have much better years then last year... Boldin & Marshall both in their 2nd years with the offense + Vincent Jackson's contract not an issue as he'll be ready to tear it up Week 1 this year - where last year he didn't see the field until Week 13.
I like Kellen Winslow @ TE alot this year. My #1 TE was Jermichael Finley... but some dumb-dumb in our league took him in the 4th round.
I got New England's D (#1 in our league last year) in the 9th round, which I was pleased about. Defenses started going off the board in the 7th round. Our defense points are standard except for Shutouts which are 15pts. Kickoff/Punt Returns count as +6 too.
I'm pleased with my bench as I like the depth.
Overall - I'm pleased with my team. If my WR perform like they did 2 years ago... I should be making my way to the playoffs.
