Where is my weak spot i can work on.
RG3, J. Jones, Garcon, B. Marshall, A. Morris, C.J. Spiller, D. Wilson, M. Bennett, C. Shorts, S. Johnson, T. Austin, G. Bernard, J. Cutler, Kia Forbath, Houston.
I like your team, but as mentioned previously, in 8 man leagues most teams appear stacked.
QB - A
You got one of the best in the business in RG3. If he is on the field, you know you are going to get elite production. I question whether he will run as much this year. But on the bright side, he seems to have good chemistry with Garcon. Additionally Fred Davis is back. This guy is elite
RB - B+
You got 2 very good starters. Spiller has not even scratched the surface of his potential. Hopefully, Shanahan sticks with Morris and doesn't pull one of his moves and all of sudden you see Roy Helu or Evan Royster ball out.
WR B
Marshall is a bonafide stud. He'll catch just about anything thrown his way and catch TDs. Garcon provides fantasy gold when he and RG3 connect. After this there is a dropoff. But, on the bright side you have some guys with upside.
TE - C
Just another average TE. If you don't have Graham, Gronk, Witten or Gonzo, everyone else is exactly the same.
D - B+
Elite defense. They get a couple dates with the Jags and they added some guy named Ed Reed.
Bench/Flex - B
Again you have some upside players here. Bernard or Wilson would be terrific flex plays if their situations get stabilized. I see what you are trying to do with a Cutler - Marshall combo, but would like to see what else is out there besides Cutler. Your back WRs may have an undervalued guy. Stevie Johnson will have a career season in 2013.
Overall, its a really good team but I'd like to see some others out there. if you're up against a guy who had the #1 pick and he's got AP/Ridley/MJD as a 3 headed monster then you're toast.

You may want to play some transactional defense and pick up Vick so no one can use him against you. No one in an 8 man league should own Jay Cutler (unless they're attempting to do what you seek to do).
