Any soup can start with some cut to bite size pieces of sirloin or roast. They will be tender after 3-4hrs in a crock pot.
Brown the meat then add 2-3 cups chicken or beef broth, s/p, garlic, onion, tomatoes, celery, carrots, squash, zuchinni, etc. cook for 3-4hrs. til meat is tender then add a can of green beans and a can of corn.
Violla, Bon Appetti........serve with cornbread

love chicken noodle and chicken pastina, good ham and bean without ketchep in the recipe and a good chili.
great time here as its cold as hell and a great bowl of soup would really hit the spot.
my grandmother used to have a crock of soup on the stove every day so you could just go help your self and some days home made bread.
I'm not a big fan of the crock pot .
Bring on some fresh good home made soup none of that cambell shit for me or mrs grass is a pain in the ass.
