I made a recipe for a tortilla soup that came out well in my first try at using the crock pot, but I was wondering if any of you had some good ideas or recipes for me to try in my crock pot...
Serve with tortilla chips, assorted crackers, or vegetable dippers.
Makes about 3 cups.

That means maybe post 2, MAYBE. But one recipe from you is more than enough. Why are you socially disturbed.....

Sorry someone from the mental institution has access to a computer.
My favorite is Stuffed Peppers. Simple and delicious.
Brown chopmeat... beef, turkey, or chicken, whatever you prefer.
Cook rice.
Mix meat and rice with sauce.
cut open top of peppers and gut out the inside.
Spoon in the meat/rice/sauce mixture into pepper. Stuff it as much as possible, thats why they call it Stuffed Peppers.
Pour some sauce to bottom of crock pot for a base.
Cook 6-8 hours till the peppers are nice and soft.
