I read something with a patch to put under the feet and then it does it magic during the night when you sleep.
But is there something one could drink to cleanse the toxins and the colon?
MY MOTHER had bought those for herself and for me....i never used em, she did...something like an ancient asian thing...i call bullshit.....she said it 'worked' because the pad turned dirty black colored, but does that means toxins came out? who knows really

I'm currently on a detoxification diet......4 week program. The food I can eat is very selective. Along with my strict diet, I take 2 advaclear pills 3 times a day and also 2 scoops of ultraclear macro 3 times a day in a shake.

Eat a box of Fiber One and drink a gallon of water
Just picked up a box of Fiber One. Doesn't taste too bad and there is no sugar in it. It's got aspartane but it tastes okay. Looks like dried worms though but not bad.

I don't know, only had one bowl but according to the box, it's a good source of fiber, half a day's supply. I think the difference between Fiber One and other cereals it's made with corn bran instead of wheat bran.

Fiber doesn't cause me to shit all the time, but it makes the shit clumpier and helps to clean out the walls of your intestines. Water is important with fiber intake, because if you're dehydrated and eat fiber, you'll shit rocks. Also for a diet fiber+water is filling and helps crave hunger.
Aspartame sucks ass, but I don't think there's a lot in it (I'd assume a good bit less than in say a can of diet coke). I wish more shit was made with splenda or better yet stevia, but I guess most people don't want to pay the extra price.

For standard digestive tract (colon cleanse) try psyllium and betonite(sp?). Psyllium is the main ingredient in your metamucil type products. Betonite is a common natural clay that acts as a binding agent used in all kinds of industries, including facial masks, cement products, and wine making. The betonite attaches itself to all the bad things that rest on your colon, and the psyllium helps sweep it away.Mix together in the morning and at night, but squeeze some lemon in, because you ain't drinking it for the taste.
That is part of a 21 day raw diet detox that I do twice a year. Alot of green, plus things like Green Kamut, E3 alive, and Macca root.
First week is hard because of the detoxing, but after that you feel great, with no energy loss. The bad thing about a raw diet is that it's a raw diet. No dairy, booze, caffeine, fruits, raw fish and cooked anything...just raw vegies. No issues with hunger, just that social aspect of nobody wanting to hang out because you're no fun.
Results = Increase energy, better skin, piss is much stronger, nails grow faster, hair softer, etc. Lastly, I'm pretty serious about working out (weights 5 days, and 1/2 marathon once a summer) and weigh around 220. I lose abou 20- 25 lbs, and considered that a bonus, as it's not my original intention.
