ingredients:
-1 Plank of salmon
-can of green olives
-clove of garlic
-half onion diced
-olive oil
-gorgonzola cheese
-some italian dressing OR balsamic vinaigrette and red wine vinegar
1-preheat oven to 350
2-put down tin foil on baking dish/cookie sheet with rim
3-put some drops of olive oil on tin foil and spread around
4-place plank of salmon on tinfoil
5-take a butter knife and jab several holes into salmon all over the place
6-dice up olives, garlic clove (peel first 
) and onion
) and onion7-stuff a piece of olive/garlic/onion in the holes alternating so that you spread the flavors out. ((you will probably use 5-8 olives, 1/4 onion, and half clove of garlic if you have a 2 lb salmon))
8-once all the holes that you jabbed are full of an olive/garlic/ or onion piece, pour a solid amount of italian dressing OR the vinaigrette over the salmon. This will seep in during baking time and create a great moist fish with great flavor
9-bake for 20 minutes at 350
10-take out and put on a good amount of the gorgonzola, probably a cup of it will suffice.
11-put back in oven for 5 minutes or until the gorgonzola has melted and started to brown at edges
12-take out and let sit for couple minutes then ENJOY!
i make this all the time and its fantastic. big hit with the ladies that i cook for, it seriously closes the deal. I serve with steamed asparagus and mushrooms OR a cous cous rice dish with baby tomatoes and avocado.
