TennisCapper,
Thanks for the info, buddy.
I'm been going to the gym for a few years, about 5 days per week/about an hour and a half a day doing a body part or 2 a day with cardio for about 30-45 minutes. I'm in decent shape. I eat pretty good for the most part. I'm not totally satisfied with the results I've gotten so thought I might change it up and try the P90X for a more intense workout and give my muscles a change from the normal routine I've been doing.
Sounds like the P90X is geared more toward lean muscle, cardio and intensity which is what I'm looking for. I just need to check into the price because I'm not sure if everything is included in the price they show or you have to pay more for additional items.
Good luck with your workouts. Sounds like your doing real good, keep it up.

Thanks for the heads up on Craigslist. Checked it out and yeah, saw some for half price....
All the sets include the DVD's, guides and calendar. Just wondering. What accessories would I need to buy? I already have a pullup bar that I can do pullups, chinups, pushups and situps with. If I buy the resistance bands, is that all I would need?

Believe me it's worth the investement. I started it this time last year, and kicked my ass the first couple of weeks. Its funny you think your in pretty decent shape until you do P90X. Now I am in the best shape i've ever been in better then in highschool and I was very involved in sports, now i'm 37. On the second phase of the workout INTENSE. Anyway enough said, highly recommend it.

Oh, and also get the dumbells that you can have multipe weight selections in one, like what bowflex offers, but you can find for half the price. If you have a play it again sports in fla that's where you should go, that's where I got everything I needed at half the cost.Used of course for some of it but looks brand new.

Alright, I'm starting the program Monday, February 1st.
Thanks for everyone's input.
Going to Vegas April 24th-30th so I need to finish the 90 days of phase 1 by this time. Hopefully, I can do 2 a days or do it 7 days/week to finish it a week ahead of time.
