is hot sauce bad for you? im guessin it doesnt have many positive qualities. but is it better than other condiments like ketchup or something like that?

It is very good for you. Vinegar, peppers and tomatoes are all very nutritious. In fact, 1 jalapeno has more vitamin C than a large navel orange. Hot sauce is good, just make sure the stuff you are putting it on is good too.

Franks RedHot orginal will not eat any kind of pizza without it....or many other foods...i guess that explains my acid reflex problems lol

also....the hot sauce they have at East of Chicago joints is excellent hot sauce...dont know what its called

&#xD;&#xA;You can get those in the stores in the South or maybe some of the upper end ones in the Northeast.  Usually Texas Pete makes them.

Everything that is hot and related to food is usually good for you.

A) It increases your metabolism
B) Makes you eat less food
C) A strong antioxidant, especially capsicum that is believed to be very good to prevent heart disease. Capsicum is one of the main ingredients in chili.

Franks is the best hands down.  &#xD;&#xA;Drizzle a chicken breast with olive oil and sprinkle it lightly with salt, black pepper, chile powder, cayenne pepper, and paprika.  Grill it or bake it to done and then slide it in a sauce pan with Franks red hot sauce and a little smart balance (I use this instead of butter).  Let it simmer for a few minutes and make sure to coat completely with sause.&#xD;&#xA;Serve on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, and maybe a little light blue cheese or ranch dressing.&#xD;&#xA;Restaurant quality buffalo chicken sandwich.

&#xD;&#xA;I have had this hot sauce at my friends house who is actually from trinidad. &#xD;&#xA;It&#x27;s pretty hot as well as very flavorful! Good fucking stuff man
