No problem buddy.  Health is very important as we get older.  I had a freind of mine that just got back from Illinios where my other buddy has a hunting camp.  He greeted me with about 5lb of ground and a pound of steak. 

Normally, I call this my Wyoming Chilli.  I lived in Jackson for 6 years before moving back to ga.  I would always have an abundance of Elk and Bison.  The normal recipe I came up with started with ground bison (with the rajun cajun sausage) with elk steak...then the other goods.....NO ONE...especailly the girls knew they were eating wild game.  Funny to always tell them afterwards.

I told my wife she was gonna eat wild game. She said keep it in my pants!!!!!!!
