nice thread, I could write you a book on this topic as I am a pro boxer who's whole life is about weight and staying in shape, but I will start with a couple of very important foods, one is pacific salmon, both a muscle builder and fat burner as well a grapefruit, which is one of the best fat burners in the world, the pacific salmon will be pricey and the grapefruit will taste like shit(eat 1 whole grapefuit per day, half in the morning the other half at your pleasure) these two foods are top of the line for what you are looking to accomplish, but EXERCISE is even more important than what you eat, I fucking eat everything, poutine, pizza, beacon, taco's, burgers mixed in with a healthy diet as well, a lot a chicken and broccoli, but I do not gain a pound because I train at an elite level for 5 to 7 hours per day, so how fast you want to lose the weight really depends on how hard you train in the gym. eat healthy but do not become obsessive about it, if you want to go out and grab a slice every once and a while go for it, don't stress the fuck out, relax, you should be obsessive about your training though, when doing your cardio, dress in layers, when running do it outside, not on a treadmill, I would like to talk to you about training but I am not sure how much training time that your dealing with?
