He knows I sneak in there and lift when he's not looking..... at my little rolly polly pace.
Look, I'm not gonna go through the weak part of this. As long as I can rep with 185 I will be "okay" but I'm not letting go of that.

For trainer purposes, if you ever want to destroy a trainee..... Make them do 10-15 wind sprints and then box jumps.
They will be done after that for the day. You can throw some lunges in there as filler but the sprints and BOX JUMPS will wear them out.

i haven't read any of the other posts but all i will say is, chicken, egg whites, dairy products, minimize carbs although they are necessary for energy and just eat a good breakfast, an ok sized lunch and a smaller dinner, and snack when hungry but not eating after 8 pm or better 7 pm if u can.
Exercise as much as possible without cramping your schedule and try to do situps/pushups all the time. i.e. every commercial break i do 25 pushups and situps when i am watching tv. It sounds crazy but once u get used to it, u can't not do them and it definitely helps when over the course of a night/week you do 200/1500 pushups and situps. Trust me.
I know some may seem extreme, fyi i was a college fball player and am 6'4 225 with 8% bodyfat right now at age 26, but i workout, do this routine everyday.
Good Luck
