    Coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinol)

    I buy it here
    https://www.lef.org/Vitamins-Supplements/Item01226/Super-Ubiquinol-CoQ10.html

It is expensive, but great for your heart. I also but my fish oil from that company.

"Cheap" supplements you should add to your diet include magnesium and Vitamin D.

My personal favorite is probably chlorella. Energy booster and it keeps the turds coming out on a regular basis. I no longer have the mid afternoon blahs after taking this stuff.

Eat garlic and blueberries and you feel the difference. Great for your GI tract and mind.

This would be golden right here if someone had this.....I've been looking for a site for years and nothing....You have to chck out every vitamin and mineral on it's own to see if it applies or not.....You'd think one frickin health nut out there would have developed a web page for this......Maybe we should start our own....We can start with some Ginko Bilboa and a Laxative...

Can't go wrong with berries. Blueberries in particular pack on a good amount of antioxidant.

Whey protein isolate - a good whey isolate packs on a good amount of BCAAs so you don't need to take BCAA pills. The important thing here is to have a good relationship with protein isolate and treat it like a really enjoyable drink. A little here and there but frequently.

For energy, I recommend a potent Nitric Oxide supplement. I recall back in the day, I took that stuff even in my non-training days as it really made me feel alert. Just drink lots of water when you take this.

Another supplement you should have is CoQ10. It's good for the heart, blood pressure, and is also an antioxidant. It's also being studied as a possible treatment for cancer.

Spinach is a great anti-oxidant. I try to eat a few servings of it a day (especially on low-carb days when I shy away from sugar (even berries), plus it builds massive forearms

If you're not a yogurt person, probiotic supplements are good. I use "gut-health", but I also consume a lot of whey protein powder.

I have trouble sleeping, and there's a supplement called ZMA that helps - it's nothing more than Mg, Zn and Vitamin B6 but rather than buying that, I buy each separately for a fraction of the cost.

Do you have trouble sleeping? I ask because I used to take L-glutamine after workout (6 pm), and even 4 hours later, I couldn't sleep for shit. A side-effect of L-glutamine is an increased mental alertness.

I'm not a good barometer for this. . . normal time for me to go to bed is 1:00AM, and I take the Glutamine no later than 8PM.  I'm one of those people that even when I was as young as 8 years old, I couldn't go to sleep for shit, I can't turn my brain off.  I regularly get 5 hours a night, 7 is considered a luxury and usually only happens when I'm on vacation.

I did find though, that with the ZMA tech that both you and myself mentioned, I dream.  I NEVER remember a dream until I started using it regularly.  Therefore, I have to conclude that I'm getting deeper sleep than before.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind.

BTW, Target sells a Mg/Ca/Zn supplement for $5 for a huge bottle. I've had similar results with this as opposed to ZMA, which costs more.

Hey guys your forgetting about the most potent antioxidant of them all

RESVERATROL. It is found in red wine but alcohol is not good for you so you can take it in a pill. Studies have shown that Resvaratrol activates a gene associated with longevity the same benefits found in low calorie diet. I would add as someone mentioned grape seed extract, green tea pill, Calcium/Magnesium, the garlic pill, and of course Fish oil pill twice a day
