The figs and proscuitto are probably delicious but if you don't score the right figs and pruiscuitto you will look like an idiot and people will think you are weird.

Unfortunately NO to catering...this is a return dinner that we are hosting.....first time these guys did the cooking in Australia...they want to see our stuff now.....that is why I am sweating this deal.

They are friends....we are talking upcoming work....we just want to put out a good feed American style....they will probably be so lubricated by the time we are eating dinner that a Burger King Quad Stacker would suffice.
