I am finding it harder to get down below 200 but maybee it's because I am packing on muscle. I have been eating real strict for the past month and a half and dropped about 15 pounds. Also only drank once in that period of time. Now that it's summer I will be drinking a lot more.

I am finding it harder to get down below 200 but maybee it's because I am packing on muscle. I have been eating real strict for the past month and a half and dropped about 15 pounds. Also only drank once in that period of time. Now that it's summer I will be drinking a lot more.
Another thing I can think of is to maybe spike that heart rate 2-3 times a day to keep up the metabolism.
Especially first thing in the morning. Can ride a bike for 5-15 minutes or something. If in a time crunch, if knock out 50-100 jumping jacks before checking emails/voicemails as soon as you get up. Takes one minute.

Easy fix though.......... all diet.
