I like to add a few pinches of Old Bay or Wye River to the party.

I was told Bill Parcells loved the tuna salad on the pregame buffet.  This was a preseason game when he coached the cowboys.

Chunk White tuna, celery, yellow onion, mayo, Dijon & lemon juice.

AS someone said earlier, their grandma used vinegar, tuna needs some acid, I use lemon juice.

Dijon, Vidalia onion, kosher pickle slice, lemon juice on toasted white bread--KISS technique is best

Jalapeños, mayo, avocado,touch of mustard,salt and pepper, siracha and touch of apple cider vinegar. Sometimes I add finely diced red onions.
