Don't be crazy and don't be lazy
Build muscle
Eat right
I use this motherfucker. . . 2.5lb weighted jump rope. I need to get a new one though, Should have loaded up when I saw them for $10 at the Nike Outlet I went to a few months ago
I've been doing 3 reps of 3 minute jump rope 5 days a week now (before I start boxing) for about 3 months, and I STILL can't get through a full set without having to rest. Jump Rope is a pain in the ass

I've joined a gym 3 times in my life and never dropped a pound
Was I supposed to go inside after I joined?
They have TVs and computers at most gyms now. Can actually set up shop there and hang out for hours.

You're TIRED of chicken?..........
Are you in training or at the spa?
Put some Paprika on the spinach, it'll look like buffalo wing sauce.

I've had two small tamales, a green apple, a pork chop, and two yellow squashes but have been doing bicycle intervals up hills off and on all day and got a light chest work out in.
This shirt is coming off in a week.

BBQ meat is excellente but the sauce has lots of sugar. I forgot that you were 22 so it really doesn't matter what you eat as much as exercise.
But in terms of snacks, the easiest thing to do is to have something handy at all times so don't end up at a Burger King or something.
Nuts, fruit (during the day but not at night), leftover chicken or meat. I slice up carrots and stuff and put them in the pickle jar along with some Haberneros.
That mustard is your friend though.
ps.... I"m not fucking with you. More keeping myself focused more than anything else. I'm kind of blasting the workouts here for a few weeks. Get off a few winter pounds.

Nice
Those closed hand pushups will get you. Might want to add some back to that. At least some pull ups.
