Hey. I've been using BetUS since the fall of 2010. I got bank wire payouts up until may 2011 but took a hiatus then had a bad football season last year. This season has been great for me so I got the MasterCard gift card about a month ago. It works in stores and online anywhere mc is taken. Just to give you a heads up, if you use the card at an ATM the giftcard company (giftcards.eu) charges 1%, however the bank hasn't charged anything for the cash withdrawals (I used Bank of America). The max you can take out from the giftcard in cash is $500 twice a day. The max you can load onto the card at once is $3000 (only one payout request per day) which is less than the $5000 they were doing with bank wires.
Overall, it's not as great as it used to be but this is not bad and I believe most other sites are doing similar things as the us govt has been cracking down.
I just wrote all this and realized I'm in the non us forum. Not sure if they have different payouts for non us folks....
